Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator-Manufacturing Industry
Our client is an established manufacturing company that takes pride in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience processing customer orders from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing, communicates confidently with customers, and enjoys coordinating with production, shipping and sales to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process customer purchase orders accurately using the company's ERP system.
- Review and verify order details including pricing, quantities, product specifications and requested delivery dates.
- Prepare customer quotations and follow up as required.
- Coordinate customer orders with production, shipping and internal departments.
- Provide customers with order confirmations, shipment updates and delivery information.
- Process order revisions, cancellations and changes while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, lead times and pricing.
- Prepare and distribute invoices, packing slips
- Maintain accurate customer files and system records.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or order entry experience within a manufacturing, industrial or distribution environment.
- Experience processing high volumes of customer orders using an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
