Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking an MBO Site Administrator to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 7/7 rotation.

As part of the Administrative Team for the MBO Site, the Site Administrator will be responsible for providing vital administrative support to operations. You will assist with various clerical tasks, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, time entry and managing data related to operational activities. Your role involves handling documents, tracking production metrics, and organizing schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of the site.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mine, Mill, and Surface Departments, including Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors.

Support site document control processes

Manage timekeeping processes, including timesheet entry and reconciliation for payroll and incentives.

Handle procurement tasks: create purchase requisitions, validate invoices against contracts, expedite orders, and coordinate with Supply Chain.

Prepare and distribute site-wide production and monthly reports; reconcile invoices and contractor submissions.

Maintain accurate employee and contractor rosters.

Manage communication and PPE allocations.

Update internal communications, including PowerPoint line-ups, bulletin boards, and site TV content.

Manage inventory and allocation of site-specific supplies.

Track, update, and maintain safety work packages.

Provide administrative support to the Camp Committee, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, action item tracking, and distribution of communications.

Support new hire onboarding.

Coordinate travel and camp accommodations as required.

Complete monthly propane fuel reconciliation.

Provide vacation coverage for the broader administrative team and assist with additional duties as required.

Coordinate events, meetings, and expense reports as needed.
Job Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Grade 12 education, or GED.

Minimum 5 years of clerical/administration experience in a remote site location.

Valid drivers license.

Understanding of a CMMS system (Such as SAP, Pronto, Maximo, Ellipse).

Advanced computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Understanding of mining terminology and processes an asset.

Demonstrated client service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals.

The ability to work independently and with various sized teams.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).

Highly detail-oriented, and able to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met.

Ability to work with a diverse mix of cultures.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $72,500/based on experience and qualifications. Annual discretionary short term incentive award at a percentage of base salary, rewarding exceptional contributions to team and company success.
