We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to support our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist practitioners during patient sessions, including setting up equipment and ensuring proper hygiene standards.
- Support patients through initial intake procedures, including recording medical histories and explaining treatment plans.
- Assist with therapeutic modalities such as laser, shockwave, electromagnetic therapy, or rehabilitative exercises under supervision.
- Manage appointment scheduling, and patient records, efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive environment that encourages patient trust and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in chiropractic or physiotherapy clinics, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, or rehabilitation techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
