Looking for Casual/Part-time Retail Sales person with great customer service skills. Able to climb ladders,lift and bent
We are a Sit and Fit Shoe Store. Required to work weekends is a must.
Any Wednesday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 10-5 Sunday 11-4. Additional hours available to cover Sick and Vacation coverage on a on-call bases. 6-7 hrs day.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in footwear.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, particularly in footwear design.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in previous roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Previous experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of various footwear brands and their unique selling points.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds,climb ladders.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
