We are in search of 4 individuals to join our team for 8 - 12 weeks starting either mid-late May or early June through mid-August. Event dates are August 7-9, 2026. Positions will include administration and assisting in planning the entire event. Duties will include meeting and working with volunteer committee chairs to ensure needs are met, booking and scheduling attractions and performers, accepting entries and payments online and in person, reconciling entries/payments, keep accurate and detailed records of all information received and assist in marketing the event. Must be able to work with a team in a fast paced, fun office environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, very reliable and able to meet deadlines. Should be detail orientated, creative, have a positive attitude, great problem solving and customer service skills. Flexible hours and schedule may be available.
