Available Shifts & Hours
We are looking to hire two (2) part-time individuals to join our team and ensure excellent coverage.
Role 1: Monday and Wednesday (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and every other Saturday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
Role 2: Tuesday and Thursday (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and every other Saturday (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
These shifts offer excellent flexibility and hours that are well-suited for students! Opportunities for additional hours may also be available during peak vacation seasons, such as summer and the Christmas holidays.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the voice of the company: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
Keep communication flowing: Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and determine when interruptions are appropriate.
Welcome with warmth: Greet showroom customers, guide them to the right person, and ensure they feel at home.
Administrative support: Handle outgoing mail, type correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain company records.
Keep things running: Order supplies, process time cards, prepare packets, pull keys, and support our sales team.
Jump in where needed: Perform other duties that help our team succeed
