About the Role
SaniSquad is hiring a part-time Cleaning Technician to support our growing residential cleaning business in the Durham Region.
We help clients maintain clean, well-cared-for homes through consistent, professional service. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in doing quality work and following clear systems.
This position is best suited for someone looking for reliable part-time daytime work or supplemental income — not full-time hours.
Schedule & Hours
- Part-time position
- Most team members work approximately 12–24 hours per week
- Shifts are primarily weekday daytime hours
- Hours are generally consistent week to week, but full-time hours are not guaranteed
- Applicants must have weekday daytime availability
Pay
- Starting at $20/hour
- Raises available based on reliability and performance
- Client tips
- Paid twice monthly

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing recurring residential cleaning services
- Following cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Working efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Treating clients’ homes with professionalism and care
- Working independently and managing time effectively
No prior cleaning experience is required. We train the right people.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Durham Region
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with active physical work throughout the shift, including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working at a steady pace
