Full-Time Handyman / Maintenance Worker Needed
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking full-time handyman to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Decking, painting and exterior cleaning
- Drywall and insulation work
- Assisting with property showings for tenants
- Installing doors, windows, and cabinets
- Basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks
- Handling a variety of repair and upkeep jobs as needed
Requirements:
- General knowledge and hands-on experience in handyman work
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks (you don’t need to be perfect, but must know the basics)
- Willingness to learn and improve on the job
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Valid License is must.
- Own vehicle is strongly preferred
Compensation:
- $20/hour
- Full-time position with consistent work
We are looking for someone who is dependable, reliable, bondable.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
