Job Title: Food Mixer Operator (with Leadership Skills)
Location: Mississauga, ON L5A 2X1
Shifts: 1 Positions Available
- Day Shift: Starts at 7:00 AM（sometimes change）
(Each shift is approximately 9–10 hours)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking two experienced Food Mixer Operators with strong leadership skills to join our production team. The ideal candidates will not only be experts in mixing but also demonstrate the ability to take initiative, ensure consistency, and support smooth operations within their shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate automated mixing machines in a food manufacturing environment
- Accurately measure, load, and mix ingredients according to production guidelines
- Lift and pour 20 kg sugar bags into hoppers as part of daily operations
- Monitor and ensure consistency and quality of all mixes
- Provide guidance and demonstrate leadership on the production floor when needed
- Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
- Use basic computer programs to log production data and track results
Requirements
- Prior food mixing experience is REQUIRED
- Ability to lead by example and work well within a team environment
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg to waist height on a regular basis
- Familiarity with automated mixing equipment is an asset
- Basic computer knowledge (data entry, reporting)
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurement and mixing
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
