Customer Service Representative @ Local Supply Co
Fun environment in a rapidly growing, locally owned business.
Must be able to work daytime hours & Some Saturdays
Up to 40 hours weekly
Opportunity to move into managerial role
Job Description:
Store upkeep during the day, cleaning, stocking, tagging.
Warranty and Special order intake & assisting the floor manager.
Customer service.
Running the till, opening the store in the mornings.
Processing and packing online orders.
Monitoring online order activity.
Merchandising.
Assets:
Previous retail/merchandising experience.
Knowledge of brands we carry and gear we sell.
Previous retail experience.
Knowledge of POS system (Shopify)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
