We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Staff / Line Cook to join our team at [Good Company]. This role is perfect for someone who’s self-motivated, fast-learning, and takes pride in their work.
We’re a small, close-knit team, so you’ll be working closely with the owner and playing a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This isn’t a place for someone who needs to be told every step—they need to be able to take initiative, adapt, and get things done.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepping ingredients and keeping the kitchen organized
- Cooking and plating dishes efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times
- Working independently when needed, but also collaborating with the team
- Adapting quickly to new tasks, menu changes, or busy shifts
- Supporting the owner and other staff in keeping the kitchen running at its best
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-sufficient and able to take ownership of your work
- Fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a busy environment
- Clean and organized with high standards
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
- Great at prep and keeping things ready for service
We offer $19–$21/hr plus weekly tips, and a chance to grow with a small, passionate team. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, works hard, and wants to be part of something special, we want to hear from you.
