Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
As a Crew Member, you are responsible for performing high-quality landscape maintenance services as part of a team. Our clients rely on us to maintain their properties to the highest standard, and your attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic are essential to delivering on that commitment.
You are a dependable and motivated individual who takes pride in your work. You work well in a team environment, follow direction effectively, and maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers. You are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and are able to meet the physical demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance services including spring and fall clean-ups, mowing, trimming, edging, gardening, fertilizing, and pruning
- Assist with planting, bed maintenance, and general property upkeep
- Operate mechanical equipment including commercial mowers, blowers, grass trimmers, and other small machinery (training provided as required)
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working condition
- Work collaboratively with the Team Leader and other crew members to complete daily tasks efficiently and on schedule
Work Schedule Expectations
- Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. until completion of daily tasks
- Occasional Saturday work may be required due to weather or seasonal demands
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season, with regular 10–12 hour days
Job Requirements
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience preferred but not required
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers or commercial landscaping equipment is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials, perform physically demanding work, and remain active throughout the day
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Qualifications
- Valid G or G2 driver’s licence (preferred not nessesary)
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience is an asset
- Experience operating zero-turn mowers or commercial equipment is an asset
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
