Dylan's Landscaping is looking for a dependable, skilled, and motivated individual to join our crew. We're a small, fast-moving team that values quality work, trust, and getting the job done right. If you’re someone who can take the lead on a job site, tow trailers, and knows your way around landscaping, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong landscaping experience (mowing, planting, mulching, hardscaping, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
- Able to tow trailers safely and confidently
- Comfortable working independently and leading a small team
- Reliable, respectful, and able to show up ready to work
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee job sites when the owner is off-site
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment
- Drive to and from job sites with trailer as needed
- Ensure quality and efficiency in all work done
- Maintain a professional attitude with clients and coworkers
