Maintenance Technician / Painter
TrueForm Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Painter to assist with retail, commercial, and residential maintenance projects throughout Southern Ontario.
Responsibilities:
- Interior painting
- Drywall repairs and patching
- Fixture installations
- Minor carpentry repairs
- General maintenance work
- Travel to various job sites throughout Southern Ontario
- Maintain a professional appearance and quality workmanship
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Experience with painting and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel when required
- Ability to lift and carry tools and materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail maintenance experience
- Commercial painting experience
- Residential painting experience
- Tile repair experience
- Experience using common hand and power tools
- Customer service experience
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
