We are currently looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Parts Advisor at Country Tractor, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers and technicians find the right parts to keep their equipment running at peak performance. This role combines customer service, technical knowledge, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist farmers, ranchers, and contractors with parts inquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Identify, source, and order parts for agricultural and compact equipment
- Support the service department with parts for repairs and maintenance jobs
- Process sales orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock control and receiving
- Keep the parts department clean, stocked, and customer-ready
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in parts sales (agriculture, heavy equipment, or automotive preferred)
- Strong understanding of agricultural equipment and components is an asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and parts lookup software
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
