Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. Prior knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS, food handling, and sanitation standards is highly desirable. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout service.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally and courteously.
- Support team members to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Skills
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures within the food industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a professional attitude.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
