Part-Time Bartender – Kanu on Bloor @ Kipling (Etobicoke)
Kanu on Bloor is a cozy, local bar nestled in the heart of Etobicoke, proudly serving our neighborhood regulars who’ve made this place their second home.
We’re currently seeking a part-time bartender to join our small team. This role comes with a high level of independence, as you’ll be solely responsible for the bar during your shift.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving drinks and providing great conversation to our loyal patrons
- Handling basic bar upkeep and light food preparation (infrequent, but part of the role)
- Creating a welcoming, relaxed environment that feels like home
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, responsible, and mature individual with a positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys engaging with people and being part of a close-knit community
- Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
- Smart Serve and Food Handler’s Certificate (or willing to obtain both within 6 months of hire)
