Overview
We are seeking a FT Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team in Holland Landing (north of Newmarket, Ontario ) in providing exceptional patient care within a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Skills
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Oversee medication preparation and administration processes, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, especially in hospital settings involving acute care and pediatrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Working knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
- Registered and licensed Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Availability for Full Time weekday hours including every Saturday. No evenings required.
- Display leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
