Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scope Technician/Inventory, Shipping & Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing shipping and receiving operations, and supporting sales processes. We pride ourselves on product knowledge, exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, test and verify optical products before shipment
- Diagnose and document product issues and warranty concerns.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock locations and maintaining a clean work environment
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and packaging requirements
- Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment to prevent damage during transit
- Support sales team by providing inventory data and processing sales orders efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist customers by phone and via email.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and applications.
- Support warranty, return and exchange processes.
- Maintain product knowledge on optics accessories and industry trends.
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
