Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management, including moving supplies and stock around the premises
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts safely for stock movement and storage
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of goods
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow safety protocols, including heavy lifting techniques and warehouse safety procedures
- Support other team members as needed in a collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout shifts
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
- Experience with commercial driving or a valid driver’s license is desirable but not mandatory
- Ability to move efficiently within a fast-paced environment, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food service, warehouse operations, or driving as needed
