Assistant Project Manager
Description: Steamatic PEI is searching for a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our Stratford office. The responsibilities of this position would include but not limited to: providing quick responses to all restoration needs, manage a team of technicians, and have a high customer service skill set.

General duties of this position would include:
· Scope all restoration projects as they are assigned.
· Estimate/upload documentation as needed.
· Provide progress on all projects as it develops.
· Maintain communication with all clients.
· Manage work schedules for technicians.
· Ensure equipment required is on site, on time and is in good working order.
Requirements for this position would include:
· Experience working in the restoration and/or construction field is an asset.
· Excellent client-facing and internal written/oral communication skills.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Driver’s license (required).
· Management skills; show leadership, solve problems and be organized.
Working Conditions:
· In addition to the normal daytime schedule, the person will also have to be available to be part of the emergency teams (evenings, weekends) in rotation one weekend out of 4 and one evening per week (**premiums for emergency calls**).
