Automotive Aftermarket Territory Sales Representative – Lower Mainland, BC
Location: Richmond, BC (Office-based with daily travel throughout the Lower Mainland)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: First-year on-target earnings of $65,000–$75,000 (base salary plus commission), plus a monthly vehicle allowance, mileage reimbursement, extended health benefits and paid holidays.
About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established supplier to the automotive aftermarket and is seeking an Automotive Aftermarket Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business throughout the Lower Mainland.
This outside sales role focuses on building long-term relationships with independent automotive repair shops. Success comes from prospecting, developing new business, growing existing accounts, and consistently managing your territory.
We're looking for someone seeking a long-term career who enjoys working with customers, takes ownership of their territory, and is motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
- Build relationships with shop owners, service managers, service advisors, technicians and parts professionals.
- Present products and recommend solutions that help customers improve their business.
- Manage sales activity and customer information using CRM software.
- Consistently achieve territory sales and growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of outside B2B sales experience selling products or services to business customers or extensive experience working in the automotive aftermarket.
- Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships.
- Automotive industry experience or strong automotive knowledge is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
- Valid driver's licence with a satisfactory driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
