About the Role

What You'll Do
- Greet and consult with customers, clearly communicating vehicle concerns and service recommendations
- Prepare accurate work orders and coordinate with technicians
- Provide timely updates and follow-up throughout the service process
- Handle estimates, invoicing, and payment processing
- Troubleshoot issues and problem-solve independently when challenges arise
- Maintain a smooth workflow in a busy, high-volume environment

Assets & Experience
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry - strongly preferred
- Familiarity with service management or shop software - strongly preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills - required
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance schedules - strongly preferred
- Proven track record of working well with minimal supervision - required
