We are looking for a full-time team member at our Fredericton location. Do you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and follow directions? The primary responsibility would be preparing and cooking but we train you in all areas of operations to help wherever is needed.

As a team member, you are responsible for:
- Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to, preparing food, ensuring health and food safety procedures are followed, cooking all menu items, washing dishes and cleaning duties.
- Other responsibilities may include answering phones, taking orders, serving customers and handling cash.
- Demonstrating professionalism, integrity and respect for customers and employees.
- Ensuring the highest level of product quality and customer care is adhered to at all times.
- Punctual and have good time management skills
- Availability to cover shifts when needed
Qualifications:
- Food service experience and bilingualism is an asset.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Prepared to go the extra mile to help other colleagues, serve customers and make Dixie Lee a great place to work.
- Food Safety Certification (Training will be provided if needed)
This position requires that you be available to work at least 2-3 shifts a week which could be a morning or evening shift and to be flexible on the weekends.
