About the Role
We are looking for HVAC Sheet Metal Apprentices to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills in new construction while working alongside experienced sheet metal journeymen and foremen.
You will assist with the layout, fabrication, and installation of ductwork and ventilation systems, learn industry best practices, and develop your trade in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the layout, fabrication, and installation of ductwork in new construction projects
- Help install rectangular, Snaplock, and spiral ductwork along with related ventilation components
- Follow building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Support material handling, organization, and site coordination
- Work closely with journeymen and other trades on site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in quality checks and continuous learning on the job
