About Us
Hutchinson Towing & Heavy Haul is a growing towing and specialized transport company serving Brant County, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and surrounding areas. We specialize in heavy haul transportation, equipment moves, recovery, and professional towing services.
We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced AZ Truck Driver to operate RGN/lowboy heavy haul equipment as part of our expanding operation.
Responsibilities
- Operate RGN/lowboy trailers for heavy equipment and oversized load transport
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload machinery and equipment
- Perform daily inspections and maintain equipment standards
- Complete required paperwork, inspections, and logbooks
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Follow all MTO regulations and safety procedures
- Assist with towing and recovery operations when required
Requirements
- Valid Ontario AZ Driver’s Licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Experience with RGN/lowboy or heavy haul equipment preferred
- Knowledge of load securement and oversized loads
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Tow Operator Certificate preferred
- (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Experience in towing, recovery, or specialized transport considered an asset
- Mechanical knowledge is an assetWhat We Offer
