Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Utilize Lightspeed POS system, including payment processors to process orders and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food offerings, to assist customers with their selections.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills during busy shifts to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Lightspeed, is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
