Job Description:
NOVO is looking for a motivated and reliable Window Cleaning & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Ottawa. This role combines hands-on window cleaning with customer outreach and marketing to help expand our client base. The ideal candidate is hardworking, outgoing, and enjoys working outdoors and interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide residential and commercial window cleaning services
- Deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to promote services and generate leads
- Distribute flyers and support local marketing efforts
- Communicate professionally with customers and build strong relationships
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when required
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Previous cleaning or sales experience is an asset, but not required
