Job Summary
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our expanding Asphalt team division. This role is essential in ensuring the successful operation and execution of asphalt paving projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of job sites, ensuring all materials are ready for use.
- Collaborate with team members to build high-quality asphalt surfaces according to project specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform asphalt paving tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience asphalt raking and Shoeing preferred.
- Familiarity with asphalt paving processes and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must carry a valid Licence
