About you:
We’re seeking a Veterinary Technician (RVT preferred, VT considered) for a part-time or full-time role. You’ll be an important part of our team, supporting patient care and client education in a collaborative, fear-free environment. We welcome both experienced and newer technicians, with mentorship available. Strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Duties include:
- Assisting and conducting appointments
- Fear-free animal handling and restraint
- Administering medications, vaccines, blood collection, and lab work
- Patient monitoring, care, triage, and follow-up calls
- Supporting client education on nutrition and preventive care
- Inventory, equipment, and record management
Qualifications:
- RVT (preferred) or VT with clinic experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks an asset)
- Fear-free certification and nutrition background are assets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
