This role is about much more then answering phones. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people, making guests feel welcome, and helping clients discover products and services.
Duties
- Welcome every guest and create an exceptional first impression
- Offer beverages and ensure clients feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Build genuine relationships with clients and remember personal details when possible
- Educate clients about salon products and recommend retail solutions
- Promote salon services, packages, and future bookings
- Experienced with content creation
- Support the team by maintaining a clean , organized, and professional environment
- Assist with appointment coordination and client communication
- Help create a warm, luxury salon experience for every guest
Requirements
- Naturally outgoing and confident speaking with people
- Loves customer service and making others feel special
- Comfortable recommending products and services
- Positive, professional, and dependable
- Detail oriented and proactive
- Previous sales, hospitality, retail, or customer services experience is an asset
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
