Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility and overall well-being. This role involves working closely with patients across various age groups and medical conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. Prior experience in hospital settings, acute care, or pediatrics is highly desirable. The Physiotherapist will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies
Requirements
- Valid license or certification as a licensed Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in hospital settings, acute care environments, or pediatrics preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
- Excellent patient care skills with compassionate communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Prior experience with pediatric patients is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
