About the Role
You will be the primary link between our customers and our technicians. Your job is to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the shop while identifying opportunities, presenting recommendations, and helping customers make informed decisions about repairs and maintenance.
You are not a receptionist.
You are not a technician.
You are the person responsible for keeping work flowing, technicians productive, customers informed, and sales moving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building estimates and repair orders
- Presenting repair recommendations to customers
- Closing approved work
- Following up on declined work opportunities
- Prioritizing and dispatching work to technicians
- Coordinating workflow throughout the day
- Maintaining strong communication with technicians and management
- Monitoring technician productivity and shop efficiency
- Maximizing repair order value through ethical recommendation sales
- Creating an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Sales Advisor, or similar role
- Strong sales ability with a track record of consistently achieving results
- Ability to confidently discuss repairs, maintenance, and vehicle needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle pressure in a busy shop environment
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Experience with shop management software is an asset

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.
