What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous automotive maintenance and customer service experience is a strong asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of vehicle operations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasionally float between local shop locations.
Available Positions & Responsibilities:
1. Upper Technician (Customer-Facing & Service)
As the face of the shop, you will greet customers and guide them through their service.
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Explain vehicle maintenance needs and present service options (e.g., oil packages, air/cabin filters, transmission, and drive-train services).
- Perform under-hood inspections and light fluid top-offs.
2. Lower Technician (Under-Vehicle Specialist)
You will handle the foundational mechanical work in the pit.
- Safely drain engine oil and replace filters.
- Inspect, check, and service drive-train fluids and fuel filters.
- Maintain a clean, safe pit area and assist with general shop duties.
