Patra Stone Works is looking for a reliable CNC Bridge Saw Operator to join our countertop fabrication team.
We cut and fabricate granite, marble, quartz, Dekton, porcelain, and other stone surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and custom projects.
This is a full-time shop position for someone with experience in stone, countertops, construction, fabrication, or CNC machine operation.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a CNC bridge saw to cut stone slabs
- Work with granite, quartz, porcelain, Dekton, marble, and other slab materials
- Read measurements and basic shop drawings
- Load, position, and cut slabs safely
- Check cuts for accuracy and quality
- Keep the machine and work area clean and safe
- Work with the fabrication and installation teams to complete jobs on time
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in stone fabrication, countertop production, CNC machine operation, bridge saw operation, or similar shop/construction work
- 2+ years of stone or countertop shop experience is preferred
- CNC saw, bridge saw, waterjet, or fabrication machine experience is a strong asset
- Able to read measurements accurately
- Careful when handling expensive and fragile materials
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Able to work in a busy shop environment
- Forklift or overhead crane experience is an asset
