What You’ll Do All Day
Your main mission is to be the friendly, calm voice that connects our customers with our field teams. On a typical day, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and messages with a smile (people can hear it!).
- Schedule and coordinate drivers or service technicians for their daily routes.
- Use our simple computer system to log jobs and track progress.
- Solve minor problems on the fly and keep the day running smoothly.
- Keep customers happy with clear, friendly communication.
