Job Responsibilities
Looking after general maintenance of residential units .
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drywall repair/replace and paint touchups
Address minor plumbing issues such as replacing/repairing faucets, shower, troubleshooting and fixing leaks.
Address minor electrical issues like changing light fixtures, plugs and outlets.
Must be experienced with tasks like changing locks, installing curtain rods and other fixtures.
Respond to emergency situations in timely manner
Other duties as assigned

Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
Ensure that all safety precautions are followed when working.
Follow all policies and standard operating procedures as directed by Managers.
Carry out various special projects, tasks, and other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess good experience in general maintenance.
Must have a car/truck and valid driving license

Exceptional organization skills and problem solving
Excellent interpersonal, phone and Customer Service skills
Ability to establish strong relationships with tenants, vendors, coworkers etc.
Proactive problem and solutions recognition
Excellent customer service skills
Detailed oriented, organized and have strong time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
