We offer wholesale distribution throughout Atlantic Canada, as well as Retail Direct to Consumer in HRM, including installation. We have been operating for almost 10 years and sell over 150 kitchens annually. Outside Sales Representative – Atlantic Canada
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business, as well as support our existing dealer network throughout Atlantic Canada.
This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping dealers grow their sales. Travel throughout Atlantic Canada is required, averaging approximately 5–6 days per month.
Our dealer network includes building supply centres, contractors, and home builders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new dealer relationships and grow existing accounts throughout Atlantic Canada
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the kitchen and bath industry
- Provide ongoing sales support and customer service to our dealer network
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and marketing initiatives with dealers
- Collaborate with dealers on promotional strategies and showroom development
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with customers
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer activity
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution
Qualifications
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in kitchen cabinets, building products, millwork, or related industries
- Strong “hunter” mentality with the ability to generate and close new business
- Creative thinker with strong marketing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Atlantic Canada (approximately 5–6 days per month)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong computer and software skills, including:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- 2020 Design
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
