Join a Global Leader in Manufacturing – Journeyman Welder (GTAW/TIG & MIG)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Welder to join our world-class manufacturing team on both Morning and Afternoon shifts. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality products by performing precision GTAW (TIG) and MIG welding on light gauge materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Morning Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM - Monday - Friday
Afternoon Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM - Monday - Friday ($1.00 Afternoon shift premium)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform GTAW (TIG) & (MIG) welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Utilize FCAW and GMAW processes as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Ensure weld quality meets required standards and specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment
- Inspect finished welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and consistency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Required Education & Qualifications
- Journeyman Welder certification
- Proven experience with GTAW (TIG), FCAW, and GMAW welding processes
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work overtime (weekdays/weekends) as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience operating shears and press brakes is considered an asset
Safety Requirement - Respirator Use:
- This position may involve tasks requiring the use of a respirator. In accordance with occupational health and safety standards, all employees must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure proper fit and protection. Compliance with this requirement is mandatory for employment in this role.
