What you'll do:
- Greet customers (in person, by phone, and online) with professionalism and genuine care.
- Identify and source the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs, and inventory systems.
- Provide accurate quotes, availability, and lead times.
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently.
- Maintain organized, well-stocked displays and storage areas.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely repairs.
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in parts sales is an asset but not necessary as we are willing to train the right individual.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort using inventory management software and manufacturer lookup tools.
