About the Role
A Few Good Lads is looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver / Mover to assist with a moving project on June 17. This role involves driving, loading, unloading, and safely transporting furniture, equipment, and other items while providing excellent service on-site.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous moving or delivery experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles and transport items to and from job sites
Load and unload furniture, boxes, equipment, and other materials
Protect and secure items during transport to prevent damage
Assist with packing, moving, and organizing items as required
Follow directions from supervisors and clients
Maintain a professional and positive attitude on-site
Adhere to all safety procedures and traffic regulations
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely and repeatedly throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Previous moving, delivery, or general labour experience
Experience driving larger vehicles such as cargo vans or moving trucks
