We're seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our team at Summit Shopping Centre, Kamloops! (Merritt coming soon!)
Position Overview:
You'll be the face of Firehouse Subs, ensuring each guest receives top-notch service and delicious subs. You'll work closely with your team to maintain our high standards and uphold our mission of supporting public safety. You are also accountable to adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
· Accurately prepare and assemble food orders to company standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
· Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
· Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
· Able to work on their feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Any other duties assigned by the Shift Leaders and GM.
Additional Qualifications:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
· Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures.
· Consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs® Culture and mission and vision statements.
· Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.
· Actively participates in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
· Represents Firehouse Subs® in a professional, positive manner at all times.
· Communicates effectively to the Shift leaders, GM/Owner any and all issues that may impact our business.
· Able to work on their feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
