Job Duties:
- Residential & commercial window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning, pressure washing
- Ladder and rooftop work (training provided)
- Interacting politely with clients and representing the Sparling’s name with pride
What You Need:
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Comfortable with heights and physical work
- Valid G2 or G license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and show up on time
- Customer service mindset
Bonus Points For:
- Previous window cleaning or exterior work experience
- Working at Heights or Fall Protection certification
