We are looking for a Sales Manager and Trainer to lead our Edmonton field team.
SHiNE-AR is an Edmonton augmented reality agency that sells hologram menu experiences to independent restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality venues. Our reps walk in, show owners a live hologram demo on their phone, and close the deal on the spot.
We are building fast. We need someone who can hire, train, and lead a small team of field sales reps while also getting out on the street themselves.
What you will actually do:
- Hire and onboard field sales reps (Hologrammers) using our proven training system
- Run weekly Saturday training sessions with drills, role play, and real coaching
- Go on ride-alongs with reps and coach them in real time
- Do your own owner demos and closes, especially in the early weeks
- Own weekly numbers: doors visited, owner demos booked, demos shown, and closes
- Manage production capture quality before assets go to our 3D team
- Report to the agency founder and help refine the playbook as we grow
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or sales team leadership
- Comfortable walking into restaurants and talking directly with owners
- Can run structured training and hold a team to process without being rigid
- Strong follow-through on activity tracking and reporting
- Edmonton-based and available for field work during restaurant business hours
- Vehicle is an asset but not always required in dense walkable zones
