Summary
We are seeking a Welding Site Superintendent to oversee our construction projects in Lethbridge. This pivotal role ensures project execution aligns with our standards of excellence and safety, contributing directly to our company's reputation for reliable service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects progress on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Oversee quality control measures to meet company standards.
- Review project plans, schematics, and blueprints to guide construction activities.
- Lead and supervise site personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines
- Qualifications
- A Journeyman in welding and 10 years of experience and related training
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Excellent leadership skills with Supervising experience.
- A· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified First aider (Level C minimum) an asset
- Up to date safety training and equipment certificates
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
Pay: From $48.00 per hour

- Welding/Millwright: 10 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Welding Journeyman Certificate (required)
