We are currently looking for a Laser Technician / Reception & Client Care Associate to join our team. This is a blended role for someone who enjoys both hands-on client treatments and front desk/client care responsibilities. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, confident with clients, and able to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
Sunday availability is required. Additional weekday or evening availability is an asset. We are open to either part-time or full-time hours depending on the candidate.
What you’ll do
- Perform non-ablative laser/light-based treatments, including laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation, following physician-approved protocols.
- Support reception and client care duties, including greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and assisting with client follow-ups.
- Provide professional, caring consultations, including eligibility screening, contraindications, informed consent, and pre/post-care education.
- Maintain a warm, organized, and polished client experience from arrival to checkout.
- Document accurately in the clinic system, including treatment notes, photos, parameters, and relevant client updates.
- Assist with chart updates, booking accuracy, recall calls, and client communication.
- Maintain laser safety standards and ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared.
- Support product and treatment recommendations when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, consultants, reception, and management.
- Stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Sunday availability is required.
- Previous reception, customer service, spa, medical aesthetic, or clinic experience is an asset.
Nice to have but not necessary
- Laser certification or formal laser/skin therapy training.
- Previous laser or medical aesthetics experience.
- Experience with Mindbody, EMR systems, or clinic booking software.
- Second language is an asset but not required.
