We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Optometric Assistant to join our eye care team. Prior experience in medical offices or optical settings is preferred, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow within the field.
Duties
- Educate patients about optical products, lens options, and frame selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of optical displays
- Support inventory management for optical supplies and eyewear products
- Provide exceptional patient care by addressing questions and ensuring comfort throughout visits
Skills
- Previous experience in a medical office environment or optical practice is preferred, but not required
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with retail sales or sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
