Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop and implement treatment plans, and support patients in their recovery process. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, contributing to improved patient outcomes across various settings including hospitals, acute care units, and pediatric departments. Candidates with hospital experience, especially in acute care and pediatrics, will be highly valued. Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support hospital initiatives focused on patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical best practices
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital settings with exposure to acute care environments
- Strong background in pediatrics and patient-centered care approaches
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to perform detailed assessments and tailor treatment plans to individual needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Compassionate approach combined with a commitment to improving patient outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced clinical environments
- certified to Dry needling, Acupuncture Manual therapy and vestibular rehab

Pay: $31.88-$111.55 per hour
