We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve diverse client needs. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels, telemarketing, and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features where applicable.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while aligning with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports on performance metrics.
- Engage in inside sales activities by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in business development initiatives by exploring new markets and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
- Business development experience is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
