Scale Operator/Sales support- Job Summary:
The Scale Operator/Sales support person will be responsible for supporting day to day functions including, answering incoming calls/emails, assisting walk-in customers, completing paperwork, emails or electronic documentation to facilitate orders, scale operations, organizing paperwork, recording sales and data entry into various software
Responsibilities for Scale Operator/Sales Support
● Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service
● Maintain a clean space and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
● Stay up to date with product offerings and applications and their locations within the pit
● Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and recommend these items
● Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
● Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them as needed
Qualifications for Scale Operator/Sales Support
● Experience in sales
● Great communication and interpersonal skills including in-person, over the phone and electronic communications
● Must be attentive to customers needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
● Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
● Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
● Must have proficient math skills to handle cash and credit card payments
● Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and some cloud based software incl use of POS machine, etc.
● Work well with others and be a team player
● Ability to problem solve and provide solutions or recommendations to customers
● Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment
SCHEDULE IS: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-3pm
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
